Do I need to be home for the delivery and pickup?
A person over the age of 18 should be there to sign for the delivery. Delivery details will be texted to you morning of your confirmed delivery to give you a time window. If unable to be present to sign for – must contact us to set up accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand moving plans can change for any number of reasons. If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done by noon 2 days before your scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. (ie. if your delivery is on a Monday, you must reach out by Friday at 12noon. If your delivery is Friday, you must reach out by Tuesday at 12noon.
If you would like to adjust your delivery/pick-up dates. This must be done 48 hours prior to the date listed on your order confirmation.
Can I change my order before it’s delivered?
Yes! Contact us by noon the day before your scheduled delivery, and we can add/remove bin qty.

Can I extend my rental?
ABSOLUTELY, Give us a call or email within 48 hours of your return date and we can adjust your order with a new pick-up date.
